Campaign Best Practices

Respect Calling Hours

Only call during appropriate business hours for your contacts’ timezone

Test First

Run a small test batch (10-20 contacts) before launching full campaign

Personalize

Use context variables to make calls feel personal, not robotic

Monitor Actively

Watch the first few calls to catch issues early

Retry Strategy

Configure smart retries for better reach:
  • First retry: 2 hours after initial attempt
  • Second retry: Next business day
  • Max attempts: 3 per contact
